Do you have admin access to your computer at work? Meaning can you access my computer or the control panel?
If you do, you can prob override the restricted sites if you go into internet options, then click on security.
I used to do it my old company. Just be sure you know their security policies regarding internet use, i've known people to get canned for visiting certain sites...

If the company is blocking it, the filters aren't local, so there's no way of un-blocking it. There are proxy servers that can get around the filters (I have one at work.... ), but I don't use it because it's not worth the consequences of getting caught.

Re: Computer savy people......
If they're sophisticated enough to use web blocking software like Websense, they're sophisticated enough to see the IP address of your computer and where you're going on the internet.
I probably wouldn't try.
But if you're feeling daring and you already have a favorite of a blocked site, see if you can open it through Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer.
