conceiving while breastfeeding?
whats the deal with this?
i've heard so many contrasting things.
can you get pregnant?
i know you don't get your period, but how do you know when your ovulating?

You can definitely get pregnant while BF. My friends kids are 13 months apart.

When I was BFing Emma I got AF back at 7 months, got pregnant when she was 23 months old. With this pregnancy AF came back when Jeremy was 13 months old and I got pregnant 3 months later. Without that we were just really winging it.

i was bf'ing i knew i was ovulating cause my cm started to change and one day noticed fertile ew fluid and went uh oh, no more unprotected, we are not ready for #2 yet!
i got her 3 months PP

Yes...you can get pregnant while BFing. It is not birth control.

Yep, its totally possible. My brother and I are o nly 10 months apart.
I BF exclusively and got my period back 7 weeks pp. Some women don't get it back for months. It's hard to tell when ovulating, so its good to use a BC method!

Yes- but I guess it depends. My MIL did, while my mother didn't ovulate for a least a year while BFing. The problem is that you can ovulate before you're gotten a period and not realize that you're becoming fertile again.

can you continue to breast feed during this time and does your milk supply diminish. i heard that you lose your milk.
