condos/townhouses
My DH and I were thinking about looking into Condos/townhouses. Did anyone buy these? Any positive or negative feedback? Are they hard to resell? We would only be looking to stay in it for 2-3 years and then go into a house. Thanks for any help!

that is pretty much what we did. We bought a little over 3 years ago and are now looking to see.
Having my condo was fabulous...I am always stressed so i think that owning a condo was a great way to break into home ownership. Now we are ready to dive into buying a house.
As far as reselling....i will let ya know

DH and I used to own a condo/townhouse. It was great! We loved not having the maintainence and we had amenities! Resale was sooooo easy and we got a great price....plus 7 offers. Be sure you plan to stay at least 2 years so you don't get hit with fees. It was a great way to start and to get equity that gave us a downpayment on a great house!
