looking for condos on LI/Queens
Does anyone live in a condo that they love? Can you tell me where it is? I am looking to buy a condo anywhere in the queens/LI area (not a co-op - just a condo) TIA!

Its going to be very hard to find an investment condo thats going to pay off right away.
Prices are just too high right now. You can rent a 2br apartment now for significantly less than it costs to buy a 2br.
House Beautiful is the only other one I know in the general area... but I wasn't thrilled with them.

the areas that i know little neck douglaston , bayside and whitestome the condos are more than some houses. My mom lives in a townhouse condo in bay terrace and its goign for 700,000. Its NUTS. She has a littl backyard and its facing the clearview expressway. Baybridge is even more $$ and the apartments are no where near as nice at least in my moms place its like whole house. 3 floors pull down attic 4 bedrooms 1 full bath 2 1/1 LV Dr and HUGE kitch and basement but still 700,000?
