ConEd billing

Does anyone have the billing system so that it is the same amount every month? Was it easy to start?

Very easy. Either call or sign-up online for balanced billing. You'll pay the same amount every month.
Your payment may go up or down depending on your monthly usage. Generally at the end of the year you will either have to pay a balance or your last bill will be really small, it all depends on the usage.

I love it though. This way you can budget!
