Coney Island info needed
Is there anywhere decent to eat around Coney Island?
I'm not crazy about the food stands - corndogs were  last time.

DH is from Brooklyn. He said to go to Gargiulio's.... off Surf Ave, China new Star in Mill Basin- on Flatbush Ave, Kings Plaza diner exit 11 N, make a left onto Avenue U, great diner!!! HTH

Gargiulo's is where we had our senior luncheon- its Delicious!!! Its really fancy though- but we were in a banquet type room- not restaurant.
China new star is my favorite!!! but, its not really anywhere near Coney Island though 
L&B (aka Spumoni gardens) is about 5 minutes from there too- but thats very casual, family friendly/eat outside.

Gargiulio's food is really good...
I agree this place is wonderful. I guy I used to date from Mill Basin introduced me to it. Needless to say, I dumped him but still go to Gargiulio's (now I bring my husband . ).

u ha ve nathans. you can't go wrong with kings plaza dinner. on mcdonald ave and ave x you have concetta...a good italian restaurant
