confirmation sponsors anyone ?
Has anyone ever been a sponsor for someone's confirmation?
What are the rules and proper etiquette? Who do I buy her, anything in particular?

I was my sisters sponsor when she made her confirmation. I was only in college back then, so I dont even think I got her anything special. I was so broke back then. I think I got her a bracelet from Tiffany's with some help from my mom.
I wore a nice dress to the Church and I didn't have to do anything special, I think I stood next to her with my hand on her shoulder when she was on the altar and the priest was saying the name she took.
