Confused About My Temps
What constitutes as a drop in temp?
For Example:
97.38 F 7am
96.88 F 6:45am
96.91 F 6:45am
97.73 F 7am
97.28 F 7am
This is the last few days. I'm CD12 today. I used an OPK last night for the first time (a day early... I should have started today, but I'm a dope and saw the #12 and thought it was CD12, but it was the 12th of April, lol) anyway, it was negative.
I'm confused! lol

my temps fluctuate too, but I definitely notice a majore temp shift between pre and post ovulation.
