Congested 4 Month Old

What is the best thing to do for DS? He's not yet 4 months and I notice in the mornings he wakes up a little congested. Gets better later on, but what's the best thing to help him?
He's always so happy and it doesn't bother him at all.

I give him NYR saline drops in the morning and use the sucky thing to clear out his nose.

Would the humidifier help? Is there anything else I can do to help him?

I do the drops and suck everything out. I also run the warm mist humidifier.

When DS was sick I put a tiny bit of Vicks baby rub on his feet and his chest and warm baths seemed to help clear everything out too.

cool mist humidifer, suck out the boogies and sit in the steam with him too run the hot water in the bathroom and sit with him for a little bit!!!

My DD was perpetually congested up until 6 mos I would say
