Congestion

I've had this $!^%&*$!@ cold on and off for 10 days now. How can one nose produce so much congestion?

I can't take decongestant pills and have been scouring the internets for other remedies. No neti pot because my ears are clogged, and they say not to use with clogged ears.

Any thoughts on what else I can try?
