constipation.....
I know this is too much info, but for the past 2 weeks, I have been constanly constipated and it hurts when I go to the bathroom. I tried eating more fruits with fiber and cereal with fiber. What else can I take??

Try increasing your fluid intake too-lots of h20.

More water and fresh fruits and veggies. Are you stressed? I know my tummy starts bothering me this way when I'm stressed or upset about something

lots of water, exercise, yogurt
too much fiber can make you even more constipated if you don't drink enough fluids with it
