Constipation around 4 1/2 month mark?

Constipation around 4 1/2 month mark?
DD was going once a day at least and now she has only gone Sunday night, Wednesday night and so far nothing today.  Nothing has changed. The ped. wanted us to start vitamins the other day but we only did it for two days before I noticed she was constipated. Those should be out of her system by now and she should be going, no?

Is she eating rice cereal as well? Call the Ped. They will probably tell you to give her a little prune juice. 
Also, you can change the rice cereal to oatmeal if that's what is making her constipated. My DS didn't get constipated from his vitamins.
