Continental Home Loans
I'm thinking of using them for a fha loan. Can anyone share good or bad experiences with them. If you used them, how long did it take to close?

We used them and had a great experience. We closed in a little over a month. If you would like the name of the person we used let me know.

Loved them! We also did FHA and closed pretty quickly (once hiccups unrelated to the mortgage were resolved). They were fantastic, and our guy really took his time to explain everything to us.

USE THEM!!!!!!!!!! DH & I were all set to work w/Bruce but than my father advised us to use Wells Fargo and it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! I would give anything to go back in time, tell my dad to shove it and use Bruce & his team.

We had a great experience with them...just closed on Monday. Everything went smooth from start to finish...almost too easy!
