Contract question
don't get your hopes up, i dont have a house yet
just a question - if we were to make an offer, and its accepted, the seller's attorney draws up the contracts, correct? then I get them and have my attorney review them?
why is home buying so friggen difficult

That's exactly what happens. You will also bring in an engineer and include anything that you may want the homeowner to fix or replace to be put in the contract.
I know it's a huge PIA but it's worth it in the end!

Meghan, I just went through the whole process (waiting for a closing date now) and asked about 10 million questions re: the step by step process - For some reason, I had a really hard time getting answers (not here, but from everyone who I assumed should be helping me !) If you need anything, FM me
