Contraction question
Does anyone have contractions on just one side of their belly? I have had what I think are very quick contractions just a few times a day.....but they only occur on one side of my belly....sometimes the side switches, but i haven't had anything that happens all over my belly....
Is what I am having classified as a contraction or do you think it is something else?

Re: Contraction question
nope..at least that is not what I experienced. Could be braxton hicks.
Contractions occur more in the middle down below...kind of like a gas pain or menstrual cramp.

Thanks. That's what I thought. I think I'm just looking for ANY sign at this point

Re: Contraction question
If it's only on one side of your belly, most probably it's your baby leaning against your uterine wall. I get that all the time.
BH and regular contractions your ENTire tummy will be hard, you wouldn't be able to press on any part of it and feel it to be soft in the middle of a contraction.
Hang in there, you're getting close
