We recently purchased a house in Lynbrook and are getting ready to start some renovations. The walls & ceilings DESPERATELY need to be skim coated as they all basically look like cottage cheese. We are renovating our upstairs full bath, but the layout will stay the same - we just want new fixtures (tub, tile, etc.) to suit our style. Need to refinish the hardwood floors. Unfortunately we are not tackling the kitchen at this time and will have to live with our current yucky kitch for a while :( If we have any $ leftover we will buy new appliances and hopefully that will help!
