The Britax Boulevard and the Recaro both have it b.c those were the two we were looking at b.c we wanted true side impact

What about the new Maxi Cosi's that are out in the US? They are highly rated I think.

BabyCarSeats.com only lists Britax and Recaro as having Side Impact Protection
I've done other searching, and those are the only two brands that keep coming up with SIP. If there are other brands, they're not being advertised, or mentioned.
Peg Perego has a SIP infant carrier, but not bigger seats.
