Cookie experts...is there any type of cookie dough that CANNOT be frozen?
Looking to bake a bunch of different types of cookies this season, and I want to make the dough in advance and freeze it...are there any types of cookies that DON'T bake well after freezing?
TIA!

cookies that are cakier don't do well. If you were doing a bar cookie or like a whoopie pie.
I would also be leery of doing a butter cookie, but that's just me. I could be wrong.
