Cookie question - Can the dough be made and then frozen?
And then you defrost the dough and bake when you are ready?
I thought I read that you can make the dough and then freeze it until you are ready to bake. Is this true?
If you can freeze the dough, do certain types of cookie/dough work better?
Really want to bake cookies but with a 2-yr old, I can't do it all at the last minute.

Absolutely! I've done it with peanut butter, sugar, and chocolate chip cookie dough. No problems!

I have made chocolate chip cookie dough and frozen it. It comes out better after it has been frozen or refrigerated IMHO.
