My plan is to do a boneless leg of lamb and a spiral ham for easter. can i cook them both in the oven at the same time? Same temperature? Will the flavors co-mingle?

Yes, you should be able to cook them at the same time. The leg of lamb is usually seared at a high temp (like 425-450) for a short time and then reduced to 325. The ham cooks at 325. I've never heard of flavors co-mingling when you cook things at the same time.

Yes, should be fine cooking 2 meats together. I wouldn't cook a meat and like... a cake, but 2 meats, or 1 meat and a side dish or whatever would be fine.
