Cooking with alcohol?
Is this allowed? I know when you cook with alcohol, the alcohol cooks off, but I'm not sure that all of it cooks off.......

I can't see how this would harm you. I mean you don't get wasted off of pene alla vodka or chicken marsala right?

I know!  But I thought no alcohol meant none, zilch, zippo! Just being cautious

When you cook with alcohol, the alcohal evaporates and isn't left in your food. It should be fine to cook with wine or anything else as long as you cook it and not use it as a topping.
