it gives your a median price but if you want more details..u have to pay...here's what the website say:
New homeowners spend more on home-related products and services the first six months than established homeowners spend in five years. You can purchase a list of new homeowners by ZIP Code. The list is e-mailed to you in a comma delimited file format. It is compatible with Excel, Access, Foxpro and other database programs. The fields include: name of purchaser, address of property, phone number, county, purchase price, mortgage amount, lender, loan and transaction type. To order your list, check the boxes of the months you want and click on Submit at the bottom of the page.
kinda scary of the information they provide

wow, it works for me almost everytime. you search by zip code for the number of homes sold & the median price. I thought it was interesting to see the change month to month.

It is very interesting. And the reports really aren't all that expensive in case anyone is interested. Thanks for posting.
