Cortizone injections?
I have to get this in my shoulders tomorrow. I dont' know what to expect, will it hurt? Will it work? I have tendonitis, and arthritis - this should help w/the inflammation and hopefully I can go back to working out like I used to. Any advice? Thanks!

Re: Cortizone injections?
They will shoot you directly into the shoulder. It'll hurt for just a sec, but you should feel better right away!
Good luck! I hope they work for you!

Re: Cortizone injections?
It'll hurt for a few seconds, but it does relieve alot of pain for a long period of time.

It's a quick pinch then you'll feel great! I had it when I broke my toe.

Re: Cortizone injections?
I had one and it actually hurt less than the pain I was constantly in, I actually asked the doc if that was really it?
Mine didn't kick in right away, but about 3 weeks later I got relief.
