Cost for cut and color
So I went to get my hair cut and colored(color and partial highlights) It was $130! Is that alot in your opinion or the going rate?

mine was more...170, NC price
that was 2.5 years ago.
since then i cut and color myself.
i can't hang.
Staten Island, it was 130

I would say that's actually on the low side for highlights. When I get both done I think I pay close to $200
Most times I alternate months so I don't have such a big bill (haircut every other month)...

I had my hair partially highlighted in Oct. and paid $130 just for the highlights and then another $65 for the cut

I agree with this. Partial highlights and trim are closer to $200 for me.

that actually sounds pretty good for cut, highlights and color.
I get a cut and single process color and its usually around 105

seriously!
My color alone (when I highlight.. I do my own single process when I go dark) is almost a 300 bill with tip and that doesn't include cut OR blow out!

For just a cut and a color that would seem high to me but you also got partial highlights so the price does sound reasonable.
