Cost for Dormer ?
I have tried to search previous posts, but I'm having trouble ......... For those of you who have expanded, would you mind giving me a rough estimate of the cost? - (or FM if you do not want to post) Shell only or fully completed - We're looking at all options
It would probably be just the upstairs, to turn it into 3 bedrooms and a bathroom - Nothing crazy
TIA !!

Re: Cost for Dormer ?
we are adding a 12 foot extension out of the back of our house, and then going over the top of the house and over that extension, its going to run about 250k but its going to be huge!

Re: Cost for Dormer ?
We're going out 9' and across 24' (ETA on the second floor only) and it's costing us $100K exactly. We are gutting our bedroom, doing 2 new baths (one doesn't exist) and a huge walk-in closet. We are also redoing the entire outside the house with a new type of siding, new windows and doors and an architectural roof.
