Couch to 5k question
I downloaded all the podcasts and want to try this. But, the first half of my summer is very busy with travelling and 12-hour work days 2 days a week...
so I was thinking of running Tuesday and Thursday each week. Is this okay to do? Can I just run the week 1 mix 3 on the Tuesday of the next week?
Has anyone tried this?

Honestly, basically, you'd be making your week a Tuesday to Tuesday week rather than a Sunday to Sunday week. That's not a problem. What might affect you is that then you have 5 days between your second and third run. Anyway to squeeze in a Sat or Sun run?

I can, but not every week. That is why I figured I could be consistent and run on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the first 6 weeks of summer. After that, I don't teach so I can run on Monday and Wed as well so I can fit in the 3 times a week. Weekends are bad since I travel pretty often then.

I havent done the couch to 5K but I have trained for a few marathons and other shorter races and usually run 2 times a week, sometimes 3 but my average is 2. I think 2x a week is a good start!
