Couch to 5k running app
Which one do you have (for an itouch)
I'm going to Florida tomorrow and I'm thinking it will be the perfect time to start this since my dad and I go walking every morning

I downloaded the podcast for running mate- it starts at a nice, easy, slow pace - I really liked it and had a lot of success with it...
