It's a program designed to train someone who has no fitness level to be able to run a 5K. There is an app for the ipad but it's really more for the ipod that you want it because it's designed to go with music while you are running. Basically it tells you exactly when to start running and walking, etc and it builds up your stamina over the weeks so that by the end you are able to run a 5K.
