Could be TMI...My Nips are killing me!!-updated, spoke with dr

This morning when i went to take a shower, my nips were burning, they hurt soo bad!! Then I look down and the tip of my nip was white looking, and the area around it was a whitish blue.

SHould I worry? I am going to call my dr, but if it's normal, i would rather not.

I hate to say it but...me too. I bought vasaline - but the creamy kind, not the gel in the jar, and I use it every day after the shower. It started helping after a couple of days.

I dindt have any blue-ish color though...

In the beginning of my first pregancy, I couldn't even wear a bra. I would rip it off the minute I got home. Also is the bluish part a vein? That would be normal

Ok, so my dr called me and totally scared me. They said not to worry, it could have been from the cold air, and my shower got my blood running again. They are back to normal now, but if it happens again they want me to come in. I asked if there was no blood flow or something to the area, and she said, if there was no blood i would know cause it would be very painful and the only area that hurt was my nips.

So who knows, i guess i will lotion them up and watch out for the white...
