Could this mean that DS will be a Doctor?
This kid likes all the medical commercials. For example: Cymbalta, boniva...etc etc. He'll stop what he's doing and go sit down on the floor and watch the commercial with a serious expression as if he's really understanding what it is...
Maybe this means he will be a doctor...
