Counting days question!
2 weeks ago I got full force AF on Saturday evening around 7pm. So does that Saturday count as CD 1 or does Sunday count as CD 1, as it was the first full day of AF? I want to make sure I am counting correctly. LOL Please help me!!! TIA!

Im no expert but i know that if it were me who got AF on Sat at that time, i would def be counting Sat as cd1

That is what I am thinking but being that it was so late in the day, I am not 100% positive. We have still been BD'ng since Wednesday so I am covered. We will see. Thanks for your input!

ITA!
It honestly doesn't matter that much which day you count as CD 1... you'll only be 1 day off if anything
