Counting weeks question
When you say you CH is 8 weeks old, do you count it by the week or by the day that he/she was born? My DC technically turned 8 weeks this past Saturday but he was born on the 13th....which is today. And, and what point do you just say "he is X months old"

Re: Counting weeks question
Everyone has their own scale, but I think I did days until maybe 2 weeks. Weeks until 2 months. Months until 2 years. I'm not sure when I'll stop doing half years (DS is 5.5 and DD is 2.5)

Re: Counting weeks question
I stopped counting at 3 months...now I say she's 3 1/2 months...
I did it by the day she was born when I said it in weeks.

Re: Counting weeks question
Weeks I counted by the day of the week. So he was born on a Saturday... each Saturday would be a new week. For counting age in months I go by the number day he was born. After 12 weeks I lost ount of the weeks, so at about 3 months I started counting by months.
