Couples Halloween Costumes...early for a reason!
So, DH and I have been invited to a Halloween wedding.
( )
Costumes are encouraged. Nice ones. Not "masquerade ball"-nice. Just like...unique, original, well-done ones are what they're looking for.
We want to do a couples thing but are a little lost.
So far, we've thought of:
- Columbia and Eddie from Rocky Horror
- Princess Peach and Super Mario
- Zelda and Link
Suggestions? No Star Wars...I think that given the crowd, that's going to be a popular one

instead of star wars you can do Lonestar and Princess Vespa from Spaceballs. 
i do love columbia and eddie tho

ETA: Columbia is my fav and I've always wanted to be her for Halloween so if you do that I'm really excited to see how it turns out!!

I would 100% do zelda and link, too. There is so much cosplay stuff on Etsy and Ebay, you can definitely find something classy.
This is the friggin coolest!
ETA: Actually, I'm lying. I'd probably make DH dress up as the Doctor and be his companion... or the Tardis.

We keep wanting to do this for Halloween, but it hasn't happened yet...he would be a hot dog and I would be ketchup. Although, don't think that might be best costume for a wedding

He-Man & She-Ra? Albeit they were brother and sister, but I think it would be pretty cool to be She-Ra.
ETA: how about Beetlejuice & Lydia in the red wedding dress.

Who cares?! I guess I've got a little Amy in me... red hair and all, but that's it! (Or Donna Noble, for that matter!) And Etsy has the best Tardis dresses! If only I could afford them! DH would totally dress like the doctor- he rocks a three-piece suit and a bowtie to weddings anyway! But with Converse sneakers... and 3-D glasses. All my favorite parts of Tennant and Smith rolled into one.

Not sure if your coloring is right for this but DH and I made a great Fred and Wilma Flintstone -- otherwise, Barney and Betty Rubble could work if your coloring is more like that.
