Yes, coxsackie is white bumps. I don't think G got white lines except when he was dehydrated from not drinking.
Hope she feels better!

Oh no!
Does she have a fever? Usually coxsackie victims have a fever and then you will sometimes see little white blisters in their mouth, cheeks and tongue.
Nothing you can do but let it run it's course. Try to keep her hydrated and give her lots to drink. She probably won't want to eat much.

It could take awhile for her to develop symptoms.

Re: coxsackie virus
IT TAKES 7-10 days to incubate.
Then fever .... then blisters .... once fever breaks, they are not contageous after 24 hours. But their mouth will still be sore for a few more days.
My son had it last month. Here's what happened ....
Wed 102+ Fever, ate a lot less Thurs 102+ Fever, didn't eat/drink at all Friday 99+ Fever, didn't really eat ... by 5pm no fever, drank a lot and ate soft foods Saturday, no fever, ate a little more, drank a lot of juice Sunday, Normal eating/drink
