Cramping and endometrin
Holy hell. Am I just not putting these things in enough or high enough? I have to use them 3 times a day and every time I do I start to cramp like crazy - period like cramps. Normal or no? It's my first day using endometrin (had my retrieval yesterday)

OK so it must be this stuff. That makes me feel better. But I do thing I am not putting it in high enough either. You would think I never used a tampon in my life. The first one literally came out when I was peeing. Sheesh. WTH??

Cramping and endometrin
Not sure how you feel about shots, but I used Endometrin twice a day after my IUI's and HATED it -- it was messy, a pain to have to put in 2x, and made me cramp. After my recent IVF, they wanted Endometrin 3x/day -- I opted to stay with the 1cc PIO shot and am so happy with this decision -- I only have to do it once a day, no cramping, and nothing leaking out of me throughout the day! If you are okay with shots, I highly recommend the PIO!

I may have to look into that. I would rather take one shot than insert this stuff 3x a day given how awful they make me feel. Ugh.
