Cramping and lots of clotting after failed cycle

I'm on CD3 right now after a failed IVF cycle and oh boy I've been having a heavy AF. I've been passing huge clots all day. It was bad on Saturday, then tapered off to just a regular bleed yesterday, but today it's back in full force. I'm also cramping a lot, and I usually don't get cramps. Is the heavy clotting "normal"? When is too heavy?

It is very normal. Happened to me and I totally didn't expect it. It was terrible. I honestly don't know what to say about how much is too much though. If you're worried, I would call your doctor.

I cried every time I went to the bathroom. My perfect lining just going down the drain.

I posted this last week, I had a terrible AF with horrible cramping and clots. I was really scared my endo was back, thats how bad it was. I am sorry you are going through this too.

Thanks, from what I've been reading, it's normal. Scary and gross on top of that.

I thought the same thing...all that work to build the lining up, only to be flushed away.

Amanda, I sure hope your endo wasn't back!
I don't remember it being this bad after my 1st ivf. The stuff we deal with!!

I'm going to be sitting in a car for 3 1/2 hours tonight, so it should be interesting to say the least.

My cramping was horrible as well. I dont know what I would have done without the midol
