cramping question
I start my 2nd trimester today and last night and today I am having some cramping very mild almost menstrual like. Should I be worried or is this normal from growing and stretching?

I have had the same thing, strong cramps, dr says it's round ligament pain-stretching and growing, making room for your expanding uterus

ITs totally normal. Welcome to the 2nd trimester!
They are called growing pains - your ligaments and bones are adjusting to expanding waistline and preparing for the growth spurt of the baby.
im going through this right now at 23 weeks - i occasionally have cramping. As long as your not bleeding don't worry. You;ll be experiencing this lots of times during your pregnancy.
