Cramping while Oing
has anyone experienced cramps while actually Oing...I'm not talking about the slight pains you get in your side that idicate O is occuring, I mean actual AF liek cramps.
I think that it would be too soon to feel implantation cramps.
Any suggestions on what it could be?

I get AF cramps in the middle of my cycle...so I am assuming it is from Oing.

yes last month I got really bad cramps from O'ing like AF really strong painful keal over cramps. this month I am getting lil twinges. I think it can change from month to month.

Yes!! I ended up doubled over in pain this past month. It stinks. Not only do we get bad cramps and bloating during AF, but then two weeks later
