Cramps throughout entire cycle
I have a question for my friend. She’s been off the pill and TTC only for a few months, but she’s noticing that she has cramps throughout her entire cycle. For instance, AF ended for her on Monday and then she was having cramps on Tuesday. She's also noticed cramps mid-cycle, but she just attributed that to O. She's starting OPKs this month, though, to see if the timing even aligns with that.
It’s obviously not “normal”, but she asked me if this was something she should talk to her dr about. I dealt primarily with MFI and slight O issues, so I couldn't really answer her. I figured I’d ask here and see if anyone ever experienced similar issues or what it could be. Thanks!

I don't have an answer but I get bad post cramps as well. I keep meaning to ask our providers at work. I wonder what others will say
Mid cycle perhaps is O.

Cramps throughout entire cycle
I have severe endometriosis, I get cramps all the time, much more severe when I have my period. I am NOT saying she has this but with endo they are called "flare ups" which attributes to my cramps on and off all the time. I was on the pill for years with no idea I had endo, when I went off to TTC each month my cramps got more painful..2 years later I am in the same boat. sucks

I was just told it can be endo, dehydration, UTI, blood clots left in the uterus.
