CRAZY TMI question regarding sex and the big O
Okay, so the last 2 times I have climaxed, my entire stomach turns rock hard. Lasts about 5 minutes then goes down to normal feeling. This is completely new(i am 29 weeks)
anyone want to share? am i causing the baby stress?

okay i'm happy you brought this up b/c the same thing has happend to me the last two times and it totally freaks me out. its like i can feel my entire uterus stick out and the perfect shape of it. same here - it lasted a few minutes but then went back down.
I HOPE ITS NORMAL!!! I for some odd reason got shy and didnt want to post it.

Nope, from what I heard, the baby likes it! It did happen to me when I was pregnant the first time. Evidently during an "O" your uterus contracts normally anyhow, but as it gets larger, you feel it more and more. I used to laugh hysterically afterwards because it was so weird, but to tell the truth, I really didn't like that feeling...I don't recall it lasting as long as 5 minutes though. It sounds like it's all good though!! And by the way...go you!!!

its normal and the baby likes it---it releases happy serene chemicals to u and the baby feels it too.

On the rare occasion that we DO have sex, yes that has happened to me. I have also noticed that  doesn't move around as much afterwards. I have read in several place that it actually puts them to sleep.

That is completely normal. Your uterus contracts when you have an O so that is what you are feeling.
I have also heard/read that it is good for the baby, although maybe that is people just reassuring us that it is OK!

We've been abstaining because I've had cervix "issues" during the entire PG.  
We can't wait until 6 weeks after delivery.
