Creative ways to ask Godmother

So my sister knows I'm going to ask her to be my DD's Godmother, but I want to officially ask her in a creative way. I looked in Hallmark for Godmother frames but they were all kinda blah. I will see her tomorrow, any ideas?

I don't know how creative this was but this is what I did. My SIL is the godmother for both of my girls. Her birthday was coming up and got a Birthday card for Godmother. She was didn't know what was going on when she opened it. I wrote a nice little message inside of the card.

I dont know how creative it is but I sort of asked DS's godmother out of the blue and caught her off guard. She was going to the supermarket and came in to say hi on the way. I said "Tania, could you do me a favor?" She thought I was going to ask her to pick something up from C-Town and instead I asked "Would you be Joesph's godmother?" She was floored and she didn't know what to say. It was a great moment.
