Creepy-crawly feeling on stomach?

I am very very early, 4w3d and I have been getting creepy-crawly feelings in my stomach area. Its not really creepy, but it does feel almost like a little bug or something is crawling either on the inside or outside. It makes me want to scratch.

Did anyone else feel that early on in your pregnancy? What could cause it?

I would have said it was probably movement, prior to seeing how far along you are, but it can't be...

try moisturizing, maybe the skin is getting dry?
