Crib Delivered Today-- Lots of Nursery Progress Pics!!
So as some of you know, I was not really "doing" the nursery (although we have still managed to spend $$$). We re-purposed furniture we already had and moved some stuff out to make room for our RED crib.
I am a little disappointed in the color of the crib-- I was hoping it would be a little more red. I think that maybe the room is a little dark-- and while pretty big (12x12), there is no window-- so, no direct sunlight to brighten it up.
With ordering some additional room accessories, and getting separate girl and boy bedding-- as we are Team  , this is what we have so far.
I will wait to add wall art, as well as purchase the new rug, among other decor items once the alien/aliena gets here.
But, here is where I am at as of today!
Repurposed Bookcase-- added baskets and draws and cabinets
The red crib
Repurposed Dresser/Changing Area with wood changing topper added
View walking in-- Need a slipcover for the loveseat!!
Crib with Girl Quilt
Full Girl Bedding
Girl Rug
Crib with Boy Quilt
Full Boy Bedding
Boy Rug

I think it might look a little brighter in the pics due to the flash... I need to figure out the lighting situation in there anyway.
