Crockpot Turkey Chili
McCormick's makes a line of crock pot seasoning packs that are really good. All the spices are inside and you just add the other ingredients which are listed on the back of the packet. I like the chili one and the pulled pork one A LOT. I always stock up on them when they are on sale. I am making the chili one tomorrow.
It's 2lbs of ground turkey or ground beef -- you cook it and drain it. Throw it into the crockpot with the seasoning packet, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 can of tomato sauce, and 2 cans of drained and rinsed kidney beans. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4!

Re: Crockpot Turkey Chili
I make it a lot in the colder weather. It's one of our favs!
This is what I do.
About 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1/2 onion 1 can red beans (rinsed and drained) 1 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can broth broth Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (about 3 chopped) 2 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Cumin
- brown turkey in a large pan with onions (drain after browning) - put all ingredients in CrockPot and cook on low about 6 hours.
I also throw in a few teaspoons of the adobo sauce from the peppers. Depends how spicy I want it.
We serve over white rice.
