Cross Trainer sneakers?
I don't normally wear sneakers but I am heading back to the gym to drop more pp lbs.... Any recs? I will be on the eliptical and tredmill mostly.

I only wear running sneakers in the gym. I find that they give me the most support and cushioning. When I used to use cross trainers I would get pains in my shins. I currently have Brooks running sneakers and swear by them. I think they are the best pair I have ever had. I did have to go up a half size b/c they do run small. Another brand that I like is saucony.

I also wear running sneakers. I had New Balance 620 or something like that. but recently got new ones. Asics.
