Really want to go there but it is really expensive! Looking at going for a Sat night and it is like $365. Anyone been there? Worth it?

Re: Crystal Springs Resort NJ
We went a couple of years ago with our 2 yr old. The indoor pool was great since it wasn't summer yet. They had an outdoor heated pool also. The food was good, service was great. I thought it was worth it. We had fun.

Are you looking to stay at Grand Cascades or Minerals? I know that Minerals is on groupon right now.

We went a couple years ago and thought it was great for the kiddos. We stayed in Minerals and it was not that expensive.

We have done both grand cascades and minerals and both are truly lovely places to stay. But minerals should be less expensive than grand cascades.

I don't think you can use the biosphere indoor pool unless you stay at Grand Cascades. Something to double check, you definitely don't want to miss out on that.

You can only use the biosphere if you're staying at GC. I personally prefer the outdoor pool when I go in the winter. And for that reason I like Minerals better because their outdoor pool is WAY bigger. I think the indoor pools at both are too cold for my liking.

Really???? IMO, the Biosphere has always been super heated in the winter time (summer too) and they have a small pool that is outside but connected to the biosphere and is also super warm, but it's nice because you get the cool winter air but don't ever have to leave the water to get out outside...Maybe the heater broke when you were there? Or they changed it??? I've been quite a few times and the biosphere indoor/outdoor pool is almost hot tub like in the winter time.

I agree, the indoor/outdoor pool is like a hot tub, but it's small. I like the one at Minerals better because it's bigger and has benches in it. Lol
