Cube steak?
Peapod accidentally brought this instead of stew beef. No clue what to do with it. Any ideas?

If I'm thinking of the right cut of meat...it looks like a steak that's been pounded with a mallet???
I use that for Chicken Fried Steak...not sure what else you could make with it
