Cupcakes for Sophia's Cure continues.... Mickey Mouse cupcakes!
OK, so I'm my own worst critic. I'm happy with the way they came out, but not overly thrilled with them. I will be making more Mickey Mouse cupcakes in July, so hopefully I can figure out how to make them better by then! LOL!

ETA: if I am going to be super critical, I would say to add a little peach to the face, other then that,they are awesome

They're adorable!! As someone who is also her own worst critic, you can follow PP suggestion of adding a bit of pink to the cheeks, or change the color of the icing underneath Mickey.

 Thank you! Super critical is the only way I can get better!
I have to figure out how to color the face. I thought about it, but I was using melting chocolate and can't use regular gel coloring that I normally use for frosting since it makes the chocolate sieze up. Good news is I have over a month to figure it out!
