Curious about feet swelling
I don't think mine have started swelling yet, but if yours did, how much did they swell? Like a half or whole shoe size? Did they just get wider? And did anyone never have their feet swell?
Just curious since I just got a few pairs of new shoes, flats so I don't have to wear heels to work, and wanted to see whether I should get a bigger size. i did get a half size bigger than I wear, just to give me some breathing room.

Re: Curious about feet swelling
Right now at almost 37 weeks PG, my feet arent really that swollen, but they definitely got wider and bigger. I normally wear a size 10 shoe, and now my foot doesnt even come close to fitting in any of my old shoes. My feet are really only comfortable in sandals. I cant even tell you what shoe size I would wear in closed toed shoes, because I havent even attempted to try any new shoes on in a few months.

Re: Curious about feet swelling
i am 37 weeks will be 38 on Sunday and my feet swell around my ankeles and toes and tops of my feet. i only wear flip flops right now so i am not sure if my other shoes fit or not.
i would say wear the shoes you have until you cant anymore.. dont waste money on different sizes if you can help it..
just keep your feet elevated when you get home (elevate above your heart)

Re: Curious about feet swelling
During the last month or so my feet would swell but only if I was standing for awhile. They would swell so bad like if I took my shoes off when I sat down for a couple of minutes then tried to put them back on they wouldn't fit.

I'm 26 weeks and normally wear size 8.5; I am now barely getting into a 10 wide.

Re: Curious about feet swelling
i'm almost 31 weeks and have not been swollen at all so far. i fit into all my shoes, and my rings all fit.
praying that this lasts... there needs to be ONE pregnancy annoyance that i don't have... right?

I think that may be a positive effect from low blood pressure. My mom thinks that I will not get swelling b/c I have low blood pressure.

Re: Curious about feet swelling
I am almost 38 weeks and the swelling for me is not bad at all. I don't have cankles, I only notice that my toes look like sausages and my feet just look a little bloated. I can still fit into my regular shoes too.

my toes look like sausages at baseline, so i don't think i would notice it if they got swollen

same here (no swelling) and my bp is always low. The only time I have mild swelling is on a hot day if I am standing too long (which happened before pg anyway)
