Right now its hard to tell the economy is at a point where its waiting for the data to tell us more.. Until we really have a fulll understanding on how bad this subprime mess is we cant predict much..... as for now interest rates were just cut 50 basis points by the Fed and it looks like they are going even lower on oct 31st... my personal feeling is that that rates will continue to fall.. Yesterday we hit a new low for the 2 year treasury at a 3.80% yeild .....a 30 year mortgage is approx at 6.25 right now... i see this number going down
